Whatever the reason you want to create a private group; celebrating a birthday, a class reunion, destination wedding, a wedding anniversary, a girls weekend, a baby moon, a bachelor weekend or a school group – We will work hard to ensure your experience is packed with special moments to cherish for a lifetime, exceeding your every expectation.

We will:

• Negotiate and lock in the best group hotel/resort rate
• Create a website with detailed information on the accommodations and travel options
• Accept payments on-line and via mail-in
• Book each guest for their desired room choice based on availability
• Manage the travel site with the booking information; including how to make payments, payment deadlines, hotel details, etc.
• Collect payments from each guest (online or mail-in) and provide balance updates & receipts
• Coordinate the round-trip airport transfers for each guest that book their hotel accommodations with Travel Divas
• Send the registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations
• Provide you group updates of your registered and deposited guests
• Book a group flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight
• Assist with any group excursions
